The Recruitment.acthub.co.uk team consists of a unique combination of experienced staff with operational, marketing and strategic sector based experience. The team have on average more than 20 years Health & Social Care experience and a track record of producing successful recruitment solutions for the sector.

Victoria Preece

Managing Director

With a diverse background in the sector and over 15 years experience managing staff, Victoria fully understands the importance of hiring the right people and meeting the needs of a business. Having worked in Private Sector Residential Childcare as an Administration, Training, HR & Contracts Manager and the last 6 years as a Director of (ACT) Association for Care Training Victoria has developed the ACT Hub offer to employers using continued feedback she has received whilst providing support with workforce development to over 700 Health & Social Care Providers across Herefordshire & Worcestershire. She recognises the difference that good quality leadership makes to the culture within an organisation and that the quality of a service hinges on some of those recruitment management decisions - having the right staff with the right skills at the right time.

Regional Sales Support

With specialist knowledge in Learning Disability services, Clair has a deep understanding of sector requirements in relation to recruitment and the needs of the sector when looking at workforce development. She is keen to ensure that we offer a service which endeavours to meet the needs of the sector locally whilst keeping an eye on the national picture. Clair spends most her time on the road meeting new and existing customers.
